The Lunch and Learn topic this month is Post Propositions-What Do The Voter Approved Transit And Land Use Plans Mean For Phoenix?
This month's speaker are:
Karl Obergh, president of the engineering firm Ritoch-Powell & Associates. Karl is a 5th generation Arizonian spending his childhood in Flagstaff working construction with his step-Father. A graduate from Northern Arizona University in Civil Engineering (1994), he moved to Phoenix to begin his career in Transportation design. In 2004 he purchased a Survey and Civil Engineering firm called Ritoch-Powell & Associates (RPA), where he grew from a 5 person to a 55 person firm (in Arizona) and currently providing services internationally. Over the past 10 years he has acquired six firms and successfully merged and integrated them with RPA. Karl is currently developing the first market-rate multi-family project utilizing decommissioned storage containers in downtown Phoenix.

Lunch and Learn will be held at Macayo's on Central at Indian School. The rate of $20 includes your choice of anything on the extensive Macayo's lunch menu as well as a soft drink.
